Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) with experience in C-UAS systems or ISR FSR roles. The role reports to the Training Manager and collaborates with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Program Management.

Requirements include an Associate degree and 2 years military experience with C-UAS or related training; willingness to travel up to 50% and obtain Tower Climbing Certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required as stated in qualifications.
• Military experience with C-UAS programs preferred or instructor certifications.
• Experience with DOD programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word).
• Ability to interface with VIPs and executives; travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals; receive training as an FSR.
• Receive training in technical areas such as electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles, mechanics.
• Work with C-UAS engineers to support development, testing and demonstrations.
• Assist production in assembling C-UAS systems and support program management.
• Resolve product or service problems by diagnosing causes and proposing solutions.
