Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to support C-UAS programs and ISR FSR roles. The position involves training and collaboration with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Program Management, reporting to the Training Manager.

The selected candidate will receive training in electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles and mechanics, and will work closely with C-UAS engineers on development,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in an applicable field of study.
• 2 yrs Military experience with a C-UAS program as Operator/FSR or Instructor; certifications preferred.
• Experience within DoD programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint & Word).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Confidentiality and company loyalty are essential.
• Able to interface with VIPs and international executives.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• CBP BI clearance preferred; lack of active clearance not disqualifying.
• Willing to travel ~50%, travel overseas possible.
• Tower Climbing Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Publish Safety and Technical/User Manuals; receive training as an FSR.
• Learn electrical, communications, radio, cameras, IT, networking, vehicles, mechanics.
• Collaborate with C-UAS engineers on development, testing, and demos.
• Assist Production in assembling C-UAS systems.
• Support Program Management as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues in military environments.
• Build trust through open communication; identify new opportunities.
• Attend status meetings and communicate project information.
• Escalate issues promptly; communicate sensitive information tactfully.
