Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS). The role focuses on IT-heavy systems, network infrastructure, servers, and rapid field integration across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The FSE will install and troubleshoot Cisco-based infrastructure, fiber optics, and power distribution while ensuring systems remain mission ready. Travel expectations are 25–75%, with potential tower work and collaboration with government and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical training in IT/Networking/Electronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on networking, server, and fiber optic experience in field deployments.

Responsibilities

• Survey sites for network and power readiness to position systems.
• Install/configure networking gear, servers, fiber optics, and power distribution at CONUS/OCONUS sites.
• Perform rapid IT builds, configurations, and transitions to follow-on tasks in field environments.
• Provide diagnostics, fault isolation, and corrective actions for hardware and software issues.
• Train personnel and prepare maintenance logs and reports.
