Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) with experience in C-UAS systems or ISR FSR roles. The role reports to the Training Manager and collaborates with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals; receive training as an FSR.
• Receive training in technical areas such as electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles, mechanics.
• Work with C-UAS engineers to support development, testing and demonstrations.
• Assist production in assembling C-UAS systems and support program management.
• Resolve product or service problems by diagnosing causes and proposing solutions.

SUMMARY

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an individual with experience with C-UAS systems or similar Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) FSR roles that can support ATSC programs in multiple roles while being trained to assume a greater role within ATSC programs. This person will work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Technical Writer and Program Management while reporting to the Training Manager.

ESSENTIALRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals. Receive training as a Field Service Representative (FSR).

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree in an applicable field of study
• 2 yrs Military experience with a C-UAS program as either an Operator/FSR or Instructor (Instructor or Trainer certifications preferred) may be used in leu of degree.
