Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Field Service Representative with experience in C-UAS or ISR FSR roles to support ATSC programs while training to assume greater responsibilities under the Training Manager. The role involves collaboration with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Program Management and requires strong technical and writing skills.

The position may require travel up to 50% and working overseas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in an applicable field.
• 2+ years military experience with a C-UAS program preferred.
• Experience within DoD programs is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint & Word).
• Willing to travel up to 50% and work overseas if required.
• Tower Climbing Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals; receive training as an FSR.
• Receive training in technical areas such as electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles, mechanics.
• Collaborate with C-UAS engineers to support development, testing and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Production team to assemble C-UAS systems.
• Support Program Management by providing assistance as needed.
• Resolve product or service problems by identifying causes and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Identify and qualify new and emerging opportunities.
• Attend status meetings to communicate relevant project information.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully.
