TerraFirma is seeking a field-oriented professional to meet customers for pre-scheduled appointments, maintain or upgrade systems, and follow up on warranty issues. You will recommend additional solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely paperwork.

The role involves service and sales responsibilities, adherence to safety standards, and ongoing collaboration with the team to meet performance goals. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in construction trades, sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret information from written materials or digital devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers for pre-scheduled appointments to maintain or upgrade systems.
• Examine work completed and identify potential issues to be remedied.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance installations or address new issues.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers until concerns are resolved.
• Complete paperwork and follow-up communications for appointments.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals (ADS).
• Ensure adherence to job specifications, safety standards, and quality.
