Job summary

AV is seeking a Field Service Representative Site Lead to oversee daily operations at maritime and land-based deployed sites in support of MUAS Jump20 and other programs. The role requires leading all Jump20 FSRs onsite, ensuring flight standards, safety programs, and mission objectives are met.

Deployment rotations are typically 5 months on site and 2 months off site; travel is OCONUS. Requires active clearance, combat readiness, and strong leadership to coordinate with customer leads and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning and leading operations in a supervisory role.
• Experience in overseeing day-to-day site operations and safety programs.
• Ability to brief senior leadership and maintain cohesive site teams.
• Strong knowledge of military organizational dynamics and aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on maritime and land-based deployed sites.
• Manage COMSEC and HAZMAT programs, safety and flight standards.
• Schedule flights to meet mission objectives and monitor GFP/HVA inventories.
• Mentor FSRs and provide site performance feedback.
• Maintain reporting cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) and liaison with customer leads.
