Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of deployed Field Service Representatives in an OCONUS environment. The role oversees daily operations, ensures program compliance, and serves as the primary contact for internal management and our government customer.

This onsite position is in McKinney, TX or Tucson, AZ, with a 6-month CONUS/6-month OCONUS schedule and travel to required environments. Requires active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years’ experience.
• Proven experience managing teams in field engineering/technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with government programs, compliance, and OCONUS operations.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Operational Oversight: Supervise daily activities of deployed FSRs to ensure workflow and performance; manage personnel decisions for direct reports.
• Planning & Compliance: Set daily goals, review FSR performance, ensure policy compliance.
• Technical & Customer Support: Troubleshoot issues and serve as on-site customer liaison.
• Reporting & Communication: Deliver status reports to management and government customers; participate in meetings.
• Document & Property Management: Review work orders; maintain inventory and proper care of government property.
• Support Deployment Coordination: Assist with entry/exit logistics for operations theater.
