Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2-5+ years of proven experience in a field services technician role.
• 2-5+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role managing a team of Field Services Technicians.
• Proven experience leading & mentoring a team of field service technicians.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• CRM experience required; Salesforce highly preferred.
• Clean DMV record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the field service team at the designated site, including technicians and support staff; foster a positive, collaborative, customer-centric culture; set performance expectations and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate and schedule field service visits to meet customer requirements and service level agreements; oversee resolution of complex technical issues.
• Optimize technician routes and communicate work schedules to field technicians.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers at the site; be the primary contact for escalated issues; collaborate with sales to identify service opportunities.
• Implement quality assurance procedures; conduct inspections and audits; drive continuous improvement in service efficiency.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment; coordinate replenishment and procurement.
• Maintain records of field service activities; generate reports on performance and KPIs for site management.
• Other duties as assigned.
