Job summary

tdgFacilities, a Cincinnati-based facilities management group, seeks an Operations Coordinator - Major Account to orchestrate field service scheduling and logistics. You will coordinate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing teams, align resources with client expectations, and drive data-driven delivery across multiple teams.

You will collaborate with leadership to ensure timely execution, accurate data, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
2+ years scheduling, coordination, logistics, or operations support.
Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and charts.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and support team needs.
Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of customer work orders from intake through closure.
Serve as central contact between field staff, leadership, clients, and internal teams.
Monitor daily and future schedules for mobile teams and adjust for conflicts.
Collaborate with Account Director to align delivery timelines and resources.
Support invoicing through timely submission of time, materials, and docs.
Engage with client sites by phone, email, and portal systems.
