Job summary

The Conrad Company, a fast-growing family-owned business, is seeking a Service/Sales Coordinator for the Compressor Maintenance Company (CMC) facility in Westminster, MD. You will coordinate technicians, manage orders, and act as the primary contact for customers and suppliers to ensure timely service deliveries.

Experience includes 5+ years in field service support, proficiency with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred) and MS Office, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service support or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to clarify requirements with techs and customers.
• Proficient with ERP order entry and parts management; familiarity with Acumatica preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign technicians to service jobs and site visits.
• Enter orders for parts, build bills of materials, and generate supplier POs.
• Coordinate with warehouse to stage materials and manage returns.
• Serve as first point of contact for service requests and follow-up with customers and suppliers.
