Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. seeks an Engineering Supervisor to provide frontline technical and operational leadership for hydraulic fracturing fleets from pre-job planning through live execution and post-job review.

You will supervise engineering personnel, ensure readiness, manage technical requirements, and coordinate with field supervisors, customers, and leadership to maintain safety and execution standards across multiple active operations. The role requires travel and 12+ hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical and operational leadership for hydraulic fracturing fleets.
• Supervise engineering personnel and reinforce workflow, reporting, and standards.
• Monitor job status, risks, and readiness; communicate with stakeholders.
• Visit fields to verify readiness and alignment of execution plans.
• Develop job proposals after pricing approval through internal processes.
• Validate treatment schedules, equipment needs, and operational feasibility.
• Identify gaps and escalate planning and data quality issues.
• Coordinate pad layouts with field teams and customers for move-in readiness.
• Align remote operations and field teams on objectives and reporting expectations.
• Maintain communication with customers and leadership to ensure consistent execution.
• Present bi-weekly KPI reviews highlighting trends and action items.
• Provide technical guidance on treatment behavior and equipment performance.
• Coach and onboard engineers, reinforcing workflows and escalation practices.
