Schneider’s Field Service Representatives play an impactful role within the organization - collaborating with customers, team members, and third-party partners to perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on both Company and third-party manufactured equipment in various environments. They are problem solvers, customer-focused, and passionate about their work. They are the future of Schneider Electric!
We provide all Field Service Representatives with direct product training and training on all digital and physical tools associated with their work. Schneider Electric supplies service vehicles, tools, uniforms, mobile devices, and laptops for daily use.
This is a site-based position with occasional nonstandard hours. It guarantees 40 hours per week (+Overtime), primarily at customer sites.

Within the first 180 days, you'll undergo 8 weeks of in-person training at our Dallas, TX facility, with expenses paid. Post-training, you'll continue online learning and receive on-the-job mentoring.
