The Associate Customer Success Consultant serves as the initial point of contact for an assigned portfolio of TriNet PEO clients. They act as the ambassador for our client admins, providing personalized support in payroll, platform support, reporting, HR & benefit administration. Backed by a team of experts and specialists, this role is crucial for delivering an outstanding client experience, typically working with customers with lower or less frequent operational support needs.
Work may be remote with reliable internet; office environment is clean and comfortable. The salary range is $46,904 - $70,408, with potential bonuses and benefits detailed on our website.
