Job Summary

The Associate Customer Success Consultant serves as the initial point of contact for an assigned portfolio of TriNet PEO clients. They act as an ambassador for our client admins and provide personalized support related to payroll, platform support, reporting, HR, and benefit administration. Supported by a team of experts and specialists, this role is critical in delivering an outstanding client experience, typically working with clients requiring lower or less frequent operational support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver excellent core services through diligent, accurate, and timely solutions.
2. Manage triage, escalation, and resolution of client inquiries, providing relevant information and recommendations.
3. Prioritize and organize work to meet customer expectations efficiently.
4. Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction goals.
5. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
6. Leverage resources to stay current on business knowledge.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience

• Typically 2+ years in customer service or relationship management.
• Industry experience in PEO, HR, or Payroll operations.

Licenses and Certifications

• CPP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of PEO products, services, and markets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, HRIS, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
