The Associate Customer Success Consultant serves as the initial point of contact for an assigned portfolio of TriNet PEO clients. They act as an ambassador for our client admins and provide personalized support related to payroll, platform support, reporting, HR, and benefit administration. Supported by a team of experts and specialists, this role is critical in delivering an outstanding client experience, typically working with clients requiring lower or less frequent operational support.
Work may be remote with reliable internet. The role involves working in a pleasant office setting and may include accommodations for disabilities.
