Job Description:
Iron EagleX is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals with technical experience to join our team in the St. Louis, MO area. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines supporting the implementation of a unique operationally focused software solution. Your role includes training and mentoring users, troubleshooting technical issues, and sharing critical deployment insights with team members. This may involve embedding with users worldwide and collaborating directly with engineering teams to facilitate communication and problem-solving. You will also help foster collaboration across a global enterprise to ensure customer success.
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Provide desk-side training to analysts.
- Train analysts/operators in classroom settings.
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and collaborate with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team regarding the product.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
- Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, Java, Microsoft Excel, hardware, networks, and server administration.
- Prior experience with Palantir Gotham is required; experience with Palantir Gaia and Foundry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Military, Special Operations, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
Education & Certifications:
- Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.
Security Clearance:
- An active Secret clearance is required; TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
