Our Field Service Representatives have a unique opportunity to utilize their technical skills by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. Responsibilities include installing, updating, performing preventative maintenance, and providing other services for infusion pumps in hospitals across the United States, all while delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers a chance to advance your technical skills in the medical device industry.

This is a 100% travel position, with travel typically lasting 2-4 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing communication and support to hospital staff.
  • Organize, test, and update medical devices, including installation and configuration of hardware, software, and network components.
  • Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests post-installation.
  • Document and submit daily data, maintaining high standards of support documentation.
  • Travel locally, regionally, and nationally; occasional international travel may occur.
  • Work a schedule of 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Note: Compliance with client requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, may be necessary for on-site work.

Job Requirements:
  • Associate degree, military training, or equivalent biomedical/technical field experience (3-5 years).
  • Strong computer skills, troubleshooting hardware/software issues remotely across multiple software platforms.
  • Professional communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local travel.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to meet hospital vendor credentialing, including vaccination proof.
  • Within 45 minutes to 1 hour of a major airport; weekly travel required.
Beneficial Qualifications:
  • Experience in biomedical, networking, military, or technical roles.
  • Experience working in healthcare environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
