Position Description:

Our Field Service Representatives experience a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for installing, updating, completing preventative maintenance, and other services as needed for state-of-the-art Temperature Management Systems in hospitals across the United States, while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to advance your technical skills in the medical device industry!

Additional Details:

This is a 100% travel position in which you will be traveling on average 2-4 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
  2. Organize, evaluate, and update medical devices, install, and configure hardware, software, and network products.
  3. Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
  4. Document and submit daily data while maintaining standards of product support quality documentation.
  5. Travel locally, regionally, and nationally; occasional international travel may occur.
  6. Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Note: Compliance with client requirements for on-site vaccination, including Covid-19, may be necessary.

Job Requirements:
  1. Associate degree, military training, or equivalent biomedical/technical field experience (3-5 years).
  2. Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot remotely across multiple software programs.
  3. Professional communication skills and business acumen.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  6. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local travel.
  7. Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to seventy pounds.
  8. Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements, including vaccination proof.
  9. Residency within 45 minutes to 1 hour of a major airport; weekly travel required.

  1. Background in biomedical, networking, military, or technical roles.
  2. Experience in healthcare environment technical roles.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
