Forum Energy Technologies in Texas is seeking a skilled pump mechanic to install, evaluate and service fracturing equipment at customer sites or at the facility. You will troubleshoot, inspect, and repair pumps, and respond to emergency service calls to support operations.

The role requires 5–7 years of pump mechanic experience, a High School Diploma, and preferred technical training. Strong tool-reading, torquing knowledge, and safety compliance are essential.

  • Follow all written policies and procedures safely without deviation or refer to upper management for guidance.
  • Perform work in a professional and safe manner, report unsafe work practices
  • Must understand and comply with all company safety rules and regulations.
  • Able to identify, evaluate, install, and repair power end equipment on fracturing pumps
  • Able to prepare detailed inspections
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Capable of performing on the job training of equipment.
  • Work assignments carried out to highest quality level.
  • Knowledge of reading precise measuring tools in job spec
  • Knowledge of handling torquing equipment
  • Managing inventory for process of job requirements
  • Perform other routine duties as requested
