Flying A Pumping Services LLC in Texas is seeking a Frac Equipment Operator II to run and maintain fracturing gear on oil and gas well sites. You will be responsible for setup, operation, and breakdown of pumps, blenders, and data systems, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 1 year of frac equipment experience, a high school diploma, and a CDL endorsement is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year operating frac equipment in oilfield services.
• Strong understanding of frac operations and safety practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate fracturing equipment (pumps, blenders, data systems) per job specs.
• Perform pre- and post-job inspections and basic maintenance.
• Assist in rig-up and rig-down of frac equipment on location.
• Monitor pressure and rate to meet specifications during frac jobs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs.
• Collaborate with crew and supervisors to follow plans safely.
• Keep accurate logs of equipment performance and maintenance.
