Job summary

Flying A Pumping Services in Texas is seeking a Frac Equipment Operator II to run and maintain fracturing equipment on well service crews. You will perform pre- and post-job inspections, monitor pressure and rate, and assist with rig-up and rig-down while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires at least 1 year of frac equipment experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a CDL with endorsements where possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of frac equipment operation experience in oilfield services.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracturing procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on frac equipment.
• CDL with endorsements strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate fracturing equipment (pumps, blenders, data systems) per specs.
• Perform pre/post-job inspections and routine maintenance.
• Rig-up/rig-down on location and assist with equipment movement.
• Monitor pressure and rate to meet specifications and safety standards.
• Document logs and communicate progress with supervisors.
