Job summary

Flying A Pumping Services, LLC is seeking an entry-level Frac Equipment Operator I to operate and maintain hydraulic fracturing equipment during frac jobs at wellsites in Texas. The role emphasizes basic mechanical skills, safety adherence, and teamwork, with training provided to monitor fluid levels, pressures, and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; hands-on training provided.
• CDL preferred but not required; safety training mandatory.
• Willingness to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate pumps, blenders, hydration units and other frac machinery.
• Assist with rigging up frac equipment at wellsites.
• Inspect frac equipment for safety and functionality.
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures and flow rates during frac jobs.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment running.
• Ensure operations meet safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with crew, engineers and supervisors for efficient work.
• Maintain logs of performance, usage and issues.
