Job summary

Qualifications

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to perform repairs independently.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.

Responsibilities

Repair, replace, and rebuild API 610 pumps; disassemble, inspect parts for wear or defects.
Install pumps on base plates; assemble motors, manifolds, and tubing.
Prepare and paint rebuilt equipment per procedures; document repair and field service reports.
Verify pump performance via shop run tests; record data and maintain test records.
Manage parts inventories and keep accurate stock records.
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with ISO standards.
