Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Project Manager to plan and lead installation, modification, and repair projects. You will manage teams, monitor progress, set deadlines, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating handoffs, forecasting resources, and ensuring timely documentation and invoicing. A strong background in Field Service and electrical work is essential.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of electrical experience or field service experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset with the ability to take on challenges.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Alignment with company core values.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Field Service projects from creation to customer acceptance.
• Develop schedules and mobilize field personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate handoffs from Manufacturing to Field Service Operations.
• Act as primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction and objectives.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead site coordination and kickoff meetings.
• Communicate status, timelines, and milestones with customers and teams.
• Ensure proper project documentation and closeout packages.
• Forecast manpower and resources across projects.
• Validate terms and commercial viability before project creation.
• Maintain ERP BOM for each project and oversee invoicing and payments.
