Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Project Coordinator to support installation, modification, and repair projects. You will liaise with project managers, technicians, customers and vendors, ensuring clear communication and thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accurate record-keeping, and timely delivery of project milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Facilitate communication among Field Service technicians and leadership, project managers, and customers.
Develop and maintain the Open-Issues Log (OIL) for Field Service Operations.
Assist with expediting component shortages and coordinating documentation.
Serve as a liaison between project team and internal/external departments.
Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval.
Monitor document distribution to ensure field teams have necessary materials.
Coordinate with stakeholders to execute key project deliverables.
Track project progress and identify risks; escalate issues as needed.
Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings and record minutes.
Maintain project BOM and ERP-related documentation; coordinate with Procurement.
Monitor invoicing status with FS leadership; assist with KPI updates.
