Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Field Service Lead to support leadership in Field Service Operations and to lead onboarding and training for new Technicians. The role includes field work to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service electrical systems and equipment.

The successful candidate will coordinate teams, manage training plans, and ensure compliance with safety policies while supporting FAT and site coordination activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with focus on electrical equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficient with multimeter, hand and power tools.
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
• Must live in the Youngstown or Houston area.
• Able to lift 50 lbs+ and sit/stand/walk 4+ hours.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Field Service management on hiring and development plans.
• Assign teams to Field Service projects with PM & Ops.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and per diem for FS teams.
• Represent FS in Site Coordination activities.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects by FS team.
• Support FAT at Panelmatic locations.
• Maintain field service reports and records.
