Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Field Service Lead to join our team. The role includes leading training programs for onboarding Field Service Technicians, providing hands-on support in the field, and coordinating project staffing.

You will also assist in FAT and ensure timely completion of field service tasks. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with electrical focus, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read drawings and schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years in manufacturing with focus on electrical equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and use of measurement tools.
• Willingness to lead and take on supervisory duties.
• Excellent communication and independent work capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Field Service Operations leadership.
• Oversee onboarding and training for Field Service Technicians.
• Coordinate field assignments and travel for FS teams.
• Support FAT during commissioning.
• Maintain field service reporting and records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Lead training plans for new technicians and oversee development.
• Assist with inventory and equipment management.
• Perform field installations, maintenance, and repairs.
