Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to plan and develop production projects. You will lead the team, monitor progress, set deadlines, resolve issues, manage budget, ensure customer satisfaction, and evaluate project performance.

Requirements include a BA/BS in electrical engineering, 2+ years in project management in manufacturing preferred, PMP preferred, and 3+ years in electrical roles. Benefits include comprehensive medical, retirement, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in electrical engineering preferred.
• Two+ years of project management in manufacturing preferred.
• Three+ years in an electrical role or industry required.
• Three+ years in project management in manufacturing required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to pass background checks and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from pre-booking to final acceptance.
• Direct project activities across planning, design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and handoff.
• Maintain overall responsibility for details of each project.
• Ensure objectives by managing cost and scope.
• Act as primary customer liaison to ensure satisfaction and business objectives.
• Prepare contractual invoicing and pursue timely payments.
• Lead project kick-offs and status meetings with stakeholders.
• Allocate resources and manage documentation for compliance.
