Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Project Coordinator to support installation, modification, and repair projects. You will collaborate with project managers, field technicians, and customers to ensure clear communication and thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects, and maintains meticulous records, ERP data, and meeting minutes to keep programs on track.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate communication among Field Service technicians and leadership, project managers, internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain the Open-Issues Log (OIL) for Field Service Operations.
• Assist with expediting component shortages.
• Liaise between project team and internal/external departments.
• Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval.
• Monitor document distribution to ensure field teams have required materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to execute key deliverables.
• Track project progress and identify issues/risks.
• Escalate issues/risks as needed.
• Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings.
• Document meeting minutes.
• Maintain project BOM and ERP data; coordinate with Procurement for materials.
• Monitor invoicing status with FS leadership.
• Support KPI updates and progress tracking for leadership.
