Job summary

JDC Power Systems, LLC is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician (FSR3) to join our team and support our customers' field operations. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and service electrical systems, industrial controls, and related equipment at client sites.

You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of power systems and delivering high-quality service, with a focus on resolving technical issues and supporting customers with their needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on field service experience focusing on power systems, electrical equipment, or industrial controls.
• Experience with basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, transformers, and circuit breakers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with field service management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage service priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, LV/MV switchgear, and PLC controls.
• Conduct system diagnostics and address technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and efficient system operation.
• Support system startups and commissioning, ensuring systems are operational and meet customer specifications.
