L.K. Jordan & Associates is seeking an experienced Field Service Coordinator for a remote, temporary assignment supporting field service operations. The role coordinates technicians, vendors, service requests, and customer communications in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service and Microsoft Office is preferred, with CST scheduling and a remote, nationwide

Competenze

• 5+ years of Salesforce and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating field service technicians, dispatching, scheduling, or service operations preferred.
• Salesforce Field Service (FSL) experience highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with technicians, vendors, customers, and management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to work independently in a remote environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily field service activities, including technician schedules, dispatching, and service requests.
• Maintain frequent communication with field service technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for field service inquiries and provide updates on service activities.
• Prepare quotes, schedule service appointments, and process invoices.
• Create, update, and close work orders using Salesforce Field Service.
• Maintain accurate service records, customer accounts, inventory information, and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate parts, tools, and materials needed for field service appointments.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure accurate information between Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Prepare reports, track service activities, and provide administrative support to field service management.
• Quickly adjust priorities to accommodate urgent service requests and changing schedules.
