Job summary

JDC Power Systems, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician FSR2 to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems at client sites. You will take on complex tasks with greater independence and collaborate with engineers for escalations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with power systems, electrical equipment, and industrial controls, along with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on field service experience with power systems, electrical equipment, or industrial controls.
• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems.
• Familiarity with field service management tools or software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve on-site issues with minimal supervision to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers on complex service calls and escalations.
• Document test results and provide clear feedback on service activities.
