Vivint Smart Home is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home systems, while identifying upgrade opportunities on-site. You’ll represent a trusted brand and protect customers’ homes with state-of-the-art technology and dependable service.

The role emphasizes a sales mindset, customer-first attitude, and technical aptitude, with comprehensive training and a path to growth within a national organization. Eligible for a 4/10 workweek and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Sales experience in retail or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Customer-first attitude and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in related fields (cable/satellite install, construction, etc.) is helpful.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; pass background/licensing checks.

Responsabilidades

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home equipment on-site.
• Perform consultative sales by evaluating customer homes and recommending upgrades.
• Educate customers on system usage to maximize safety and benefits.
• Receive coaching and leadership development to advance within the national organization.
