Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in Pasadena, Texas seeks a Field Service Representative who coordinates with customers on field issues, warranty concerns and resolutions, and who carries out site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.

You will prepare cost estimates, read customer specifications, build technical and commercial offers, schedule orders, and provide on-site and in-house repairs, training, and technical support while ensuring safety standards and effective customer

Qualifications

BS or BA degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years of field experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers on field issues, warranty resolutions and site commissioning.
Prepare cost estimates and quotations according to specifications.
Schedule orders and manage installation and repair work at customer sites.
Read and evaluate customer specifications and prepare technical and commercial offers.
Provide technical support and training and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure safety requirements are followed during all field activities.
