Job summary

Flowserve in Pasadena, CA seeks a Field Service Representative to coordinate with customers on field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions. You will support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.

Responsibilities include order processing, preparing cost estimates, scheduling, quotations, and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing technical solutions and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in relevant field and 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Experience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical or water industries.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers for field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions.
• Carry out and support site commissioning, service and repair at customer sites.
• Process orders, prepare cost estimates and schedule orders.
• Prepare quotations for standard products and compile offer documents.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical support.
