Job summary
FloWorks, operating through Sunbelt Supply, seeks a field-based technical specialist to install, configure, test, and maintain flow control equipment at customer sites across Texas. You will follow blueprints and manufacturer instructions, diagnose malfunctions, and deliver on-site problem solving.
You should have experience in flow control automation, industrial electrical and mechanical systems, and NCCER certification is a plus.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in flow control automation applications
- Applicable Industrial electrical experience (controls)
- Applicable Industrial Mechanical experience (rotating equipment)
- Applicable NCCER certified in multiple areas a plus
Responsibilities
- Provides expertise related to product implementation and continued service
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems
- Install, set-up,and commission MOV’s, AOV’s, HOV’s
- Provides technical solutions and design implementations for products and services
- Builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies equipment, parts, components and assemblies
- Evaluates performance and reliability of materialsDiagnoses and reports malfunctions
- Learns and understands particular technical equipment; attends training and completes certification as required
