Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or BA in a relevant field with 3–5 years of field service or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions.
• Perform on-site and in-house repairs and service activities.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations according to specifications.
• Schedule orders and manage site visits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide technical support and training as needed.
