Job summary

Flowserve US Inc in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Field Service Representative to coordinate with customers on field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions. You will carry out and support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites, often traveling to locations to ensure performance and uptime.

Qualifications

BS or BA in a relevant field with 3–5 years of field service or related experience.
Strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

Coordinate field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions.
Perform on-site and in-house repairs and service activities.
Prepare cost estimates and quotations according to specifications.
Schedule orders and manage site visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide technical support and training as needed.
Travel to customer sites as required.
Ensure safety requirements are followed.
