Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of field service technicians based on customer needs and technician skills.
• Process work orders and ensure proper billing of parts, time and labor.
• Update dispatch logs and internal forms with up-to-date information.
• Manage high-volume phone and text communications daily.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve service flow and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate cases to management when needed.
• Forecast workload 2-3 days in advance.
