Qualifications

• 3+ years of dispatch and/or administrative experience.
• Construction, field service, or other high-performance service environment experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with service or dispatch software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming customer service requests with technicians and internal staff to ensure timely response.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, PMs, projects, and appointments.
• Provide technicians with complete information needed to complete service calls.
• Monitor technician availability and forecast scheduling needs.
• Communicate with customers to meet commitments and expectations.
• Use service management software to create service calls, schedule technicians, and maintain updates.
• Review and update open service calls for proper follow-up.
