Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or related field.
• Five years supporting or implementing business applications as a systems analyst or similar.
• Experience with field service management, dispatch, or warranty systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from Service leadership, dispatch, and field technicians.
• Design the application and data architecture for Service systems changes.
• Configure, test, and support the Service application stack (FSM, dispatch, mobile tools).
• Build and maintain interfaces connecting Service systems to ERP, parts, and customer records.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and data failures to root cause.
• Evaluate software options and vendor tradeoffs for Service needs.
• Define technical standards for Service apps, including data definitions.
• Plan and execute testing for system releases and coordinate UAT.
• Administer user access and security roles per policy.
• Train users and produce reference materials for new features.
