Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead field service operations across Texas, Colorado, Ohio and Illinois, and warehousing in Texas. This role balances operations, inventory, and cross‑department collaboration to meet service goals and customer needs.

You will analyze performance data, deliver actionable reports, and act as incident manager for field events. Travel overnight will be required and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years experience as a successful leader.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Proven self-starter with motivation and ability.
• Willingness to travel overnight and pass required checks.
• Ability to lift 35 lb or more and maintain safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service operations in TX, CO, OH, and IL.
• Oversee warehousing operations in TX (Houston and Dallas).
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Develop cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings.
• Act as incident manager for field events and projects.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members; ensure training needs.
• Plan budget, monitor expenses, and ensure asset usage compliance.
