Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Manager to direct field operations and oversee lottery equipment at multiple sites within the state. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and field repair functions with minimal supervision.

The role requires 5–8 years in field services, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to lead teams and collaborate with Lottery staff on improvements and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Prior supervision or project-management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lottery software/hardware is a plus.
• 5–8 years of related experience in field services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service activities to support SGI Online Operations.
• Supervise Field Services personnel and assist in recruiting and coaching.
• Manage budgets and dispatch/ schedules for field teams.
• Maintain field service procedures, safety policies, and equipment standards.
• Monitor service calls, rideralongs, and performance metrics for improvements.
