Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate, dispatch and monitor our vacuum excavation units in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the VP, you will schedule projects, review field crews' activities, and ensure maintenance policies are followed while optimizing GPS and fleet data.

This role requires strong communication with field teams, readiness for occasional nights and weekends, and a solid background in field service operations.

Qualifications

• Field service operation experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• 1–2 years Dispatch experience preferred.
• Fleet maintenance coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in hydrovac or vacuum excavation operations preferred.
• Ability to coordinate well with field crews, operators or drivers, maintenance teams and leadership.
• Experience managing operational documentation (DVIR, FLRA, DTR) preferred.
• Experience reviewing GPS reports preferred.
• Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States required.
• Occasional nights and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling projects daily.
• Dispatching units daily.
• Reviewing operator’s daily activities – DVIR, FLRA, DTR Tickets.
• Ensuring that maintenance policies and procedures are followed.
• Review reports from the GPS system.
• Additional duties as assigned.
