Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate dispatch and monitor field unit activity in a fast-paced, growing vacuum excavation operation. You will report to the Vice President and ensure daily scheduling, unit dispatch, and adherence to maintenance policies.

Candidates should have field-service experience, be comfortable with GPS reports, and coordinate with crews, drivers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field service-based operation required.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• 1-2 years Dispatch experience preferred.
• Fleet maintenance coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in hydrovac or vacuum excavation operations preferred.
• The person in this position must have the ability to coordinate well with field crews, operators or drivers, maintenance teams, and leadership.
• Experience managing operational documentation, including DVIR, FLRA, and DTR tickets preferred.
• Experience reviewing GPS reports preferred.
• Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States required.
