• Mechanical aptitude with engines, small equipment, or similar systems.
• Proven ability to lead and hold a team accountable.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, Word/Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and company policies in the field.
• Oversee a team of 5–6 field technicians across territories.
• Review completed jobs for quality and compliance.
• Train, coach, and hold technicians to performance standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and respond to issues.
• Manage scheduling to maximize route efficiency.
• Oversee preventive maintenance on mobile service equipment.
• Maintain service and maintenance records.
• Monitor parts and supply inventory and coordinate ordering.
• Make sound operational decisions with limited supervision.
