EnviroServe in Columbus, OH is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes ensuring equipment operates safely, boosting on-site efficiency and timely, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, enforcing safety, reviewing work orders, maintaining equipment, and training staff. The role requires ability to travel, on-call readiness, and commitment to client requirements and

Qualifikationen

• Environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar industry experience.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• Ability to be on-call for emergency response situations.
• Ability to interface with clients and management.
• Ability to manage project related vendors.
• Ability to lead and train crew members.

Aufgaben

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
• Read work order and ensure equipment is available and operational prior to starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting any job.
• Correct deficiencies that may cause accidents or harm to equipment or client requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when required.
• Complete paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Operate equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures.
• Provide industrial services using appropriate techniques and regulations.
