Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician II to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Luminator products. You will deliver hands-on support and training at customer sites, ensuring reliable deployments and high customer satisfaction.

Travel is up to 75% with a preference for candidates located in the NYC area. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to drive service success and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA certification/training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and maintain hardware and software; answer customer questions about system state.
• Install and on-site training for customers; provide post-install support.
• Maintain proficiency across all products and safety guidelines.
• Provide on-site startup, warranty, troubleshooting, and training; ensure equipment is operational.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions.
• Document work performed at customer facilities and maintenance tasks.
• Foster customer relationships and resolve service-related issues on site.
