Mi-Jack Products, Inc. is seeking an Erection Department Coordinator to coordinate field and shop service activities, monitor work orders, and drive efficiency. You will ensure accurate data entry for billing, manage labor and materials, and process new customer onboarding while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with data entry and service coordination.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Quick Portal and IEM a plus; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field and shop service activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure accurate data entry for work orders and billable services.
• Manage labor and material allocation.
• Process new customer onboarding and warranty/expense claims as needed.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regularly.
• Adhere to safety, health and environmental policies.
• Support special projects and process improvements.
