Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience supporting customers via telephone and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules for field engineers and maximize efficiency.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain service work orders and related documentation.
• Oversee end-to-end invoicing for service work orders and follow up with internal teams.
• Handle time and material invoices and accounts receivable.
• Manage Purchase Orders throughout the account lifecycle.
• Assist with creation, administration, and renewal tracking of service contracts.
• Serve as the primary admin contact for customers on service coordination, documentation, and invoicing.
