Job summary

Energy Transfer Solutions in Harrisburg, PA, seeks an HVAC Service Coordinator to be the primary contact for the service department. You will coordinate field technicians, manage service requests, and liaise with other ETS teams to ensure timely, accurate response to customers.

You will maintain schedules, generate work orders, process parts orders, and help track warranties and maintenance contracts. This role requires organization, multitasking, and strong communication across service, sales,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC coordination or dispatch in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedule field technicians.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Egnyte, and FACTS.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the service department via phone and email.
• Coordinate field service technicians and manage service requests and inquiries.
• Generate and track work orders for repairs, PMs, warranties, and startups.
• Schedule, dispatch, and monitor technician activities and parts logistics.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation in Outlook, SharePoint, and Egnyte.
• Collaborate with Service Admin and Service Manager to optimize service delivery.
